June updates

Yogi is now 10 months old. Finally one of his teeth has begun to cut through the gums but yes, still no teeth. He loves crawling around w/ one foot up and one knee down, he cruises around the furniture and wishes he could actually walk and chase after his sister, but no luck buddy!
Logan is a very happy-go-lucky, easy-going little guy. He is extremely social, loves having all the big girls around (Nika's friends & all the neighbours) and my hunch tells me that he may very well have inherited the comic gene (yes, perhaps from you Zio Carlo). Or maybe it's just part of being a Canadian eh?
Excuse Nika in the background here. Poor girl was trying to take a nap and this little guy kept crawling and climbing all over her.

Oak Bay Tea Party

It's a big local carnival w/ fun rides, games, junk food (aagghhhh) and fun beach/water activities.
Nika's first time on the rides by herself and this year she was adventurist. She wanted it faster, bigger & higher. As you can see it was the "scrambler" ride she loved the most.
Yogi enjoyed hanging out on the beach watching the boat races, the air show and the parachuters jumping and landing practically next to our feet!

Our Home

For those of you interested in seeing our home, either for personal reasons or for a vacation rental, the following is a comprehensive viewing of our house in Victoria, BC Canada.

Main floor: 1750 sq.ft - All hardwood floors. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen w/ eat-in area, sunroom or playroom.

Downstairs: 1875 sq.ft - Extra-large family room (now being used as an office space), bedroom, sitting/living room, bathroom, laundry room and misc unfinished space. Photos are not included of our downstairs space.
Garden/Yard area: 9500 sp.ft lot- Large deck, large paved patio/play area, large lawn and garden, completely fenced in private corner lot surrounded by large trees and well established garden.
